protein shake - 1 scoop (25g) whey protein isolate, 1/3 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk, 1 Tbsp organic unsweetened coconut milk.

Celery, almond butter with flax seeds, raisins

12:30 pm
6 oz. grilled chicken breast
Salad - 3 cups organic spinach, 1/2 cup cucumbers, 3 radishes, 3/4 cup mushrooms, 1 cup grape tomatoes
3 Tbsp homemade paleo dressing

4:15 pm
3.5 oz. broiled flank steak
1 cup broccoli
1 orange
1/3 cup brazil nuts

7:45 pm
6 oz. baked salmon
14 asperagus spears
1/4 cup almonds

110 oz. water on the day
