Taco salad - 6 oz. ground turkey (with TJ's taco seasoning), 2 cups arugula, 1 cups spinach, 1/2 large avocado, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 cup sungold tomatoes, 2 Tbsp salsa, 1 Tspn hot sauce.

3.5 oz. salmon
3 large celery stalks
7:40 pm
5.5 oz. top sirloin steak
2 large carrots
2 cups broccoli
1/4 cup almonds
110 oz. water on the day
