2.5 oz. chicken breast
2 cups broccoli
1 cup strawberries
1/4 cup walnuts
7:00 pm
6 oz. ground turkey breast - saute`ed with onion, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, black pepper, green onion, Italian parsley.
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (as topping for turkey)
15 asparagus spears
15 almonds
116 oz. water on the day.
