3 oz. yellow fin tuna steak - seared in evoo, tamari, lime juice, red pepper flakes, grated ginger, black pepper.

15 hazelnuts

Salad - 3 diced celery stalks, 1 diced small yellow bell pepper, 2 heads baby bok choy
