5 oz. chicken breast - saute'ed with evoo, ginger, lime juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, red onion, red bell peppers.
2 heads baby bok choy
1 cup roasted white eggplant
1/4 cup pecans
48 oz. water on the day so far
